Reference materials for quality control in GMO analysis can be obtained from different sources.

Institute for Reference Material and Measurement (IRRM) Belgium
Certified reference materials (CRMs) are produced and commercialised by the Institute for Reference Material and Measurement (IRRM) Belgium.  Click "Reference materials", "Catalogues" and again "Catalogue of reference materials" to get the list as .pdf file; alternatively you can get it from http://www.erm-crm.org, searching "ERM Products/Groups and subgroups/Food/Agriculture and related matrix materials certified for composition/GM Materials.
Fluka / Sigma-Aldrich
The same CRMs can be purchased directly from Fluka/Sigma-Aldrich.  The available reference material is listed in the Product Catalogue under GMO Reference Materials, Qualitative
AOCS American Oil Chemists' Society
Certified reference materials are provided also by the American Oil Chemists' Society, a global forum that  promotes the exchange of information among those with a professional interest in the science and technology of fats, oils, surfactants, and related materials.
